Welcome to Moosehaven in beautiful Island Park!

We are so excited that you found us and are exploring staying with us. We want to provide lots of information, not just to our guests but also to anyone enjoying Island Park and the surrounding area. 

To start we want you to know a little bit about us because we love this place and we hope you will too!

We have been married for over 15 years and have 4 awesome kiddos. 

McKall, Bridger, Taggart and Hayden

A little bit about their names - they are regional names and come from places that we LOVE to visit.

McKall is named after McCall, Idaho

Bridger after Jim Bridger who has LOTS of things in the area named after him from campgrounds to forests to lakes and small towns. 

Taggart comes from one of the lakes that is found in the Grand Teton National Park 

and Hayden from Hayden Valley in Yellowstone. 

Chelsea and Brett grew up in Cache Valley Utah, a little farming community that is not so little anymore and is closer to the Idaho border than anything else in Utah. 

Brett grew up visiting this area every single year with his family and has memories from as early as he can remember that are in this region. 

As we were starting our family we tried to make those dreams a reality of our every day and it just wasn't in the cards for us. We needed to be in Cache Valley so we get in the next best thing and get to have a vacation house that we get to share with great people just like you who make our dreams of owning a slice of heaven a reality for us. Without you, the ability to own and enjoy this property would not be possible. So from the bottom of our hearts we thank you for renting from us. We recognize you have lots of options and we will do everything we can to help make your stay enjoyable so you can fall in love with this place as we have.
